Return & Refund Policy – Femina Creations

At Femina Creations, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Customized or altered products are not eligible for return.

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.

Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for sizing issues or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Our team will guide you through the process.
